Refer a Business owner to us
(We pay referral fees on a case by case basis)
You may be eligible to receive a generous referral fee for simply giving us the contact info of a business owner interested in selling their business. The following form allows you to register a business owner with us under your name.
What fee you can expect: All referral fees are paid upon the completion of a successful transaction. If you are the registered referring person for that transaction you will be paid a referral fee. The listing side commission on business brokerage transactions is often 5% of the selling price. Example: A $1,000,000 transaction could have a listing side commission of $50,000 from which we would pay you a fee.
Register your name into our Seller Registration System (SRS) below. Once we list the business, there are several steps necessary to complete the transaction, but we will keep you informed of our activity and any expected closing date and referral fee.
The business must be profitable, or we will not accept it as a client. We expect a high success rate for the transactions we decide to undertake. Please contact us with any questions. We look forward to working with you.
**NOTE: In these states you are required to be a licensed real estate agent to receive a referral fee:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.
